By using Lakrion, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use our service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Account Responsibility

Your account key is your identity on Lakrion. You are responsible for:

• • Keeping your account key secure and confidential
• • All activity that occurs under your account
• • Maintaining backups of your key — we cannot recover lost keys

Acceptable Use

Lakrion is designed for legitimate private communication. You agree NOT to use it for:

• • Distribution of child sexual abuse material
• • Coordination of violence or terrorism
• • Human trafficking
• • Harassment, stalking, or threats
• • Distribution of malware
• • Spam or commercial bulk messaging
• • Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction

While we cannot read your messages, we can terminate accounts if we become aware of abuse through other means (user reports, legal process).

Service Tiers

Different subscription tiers provide different capabilities:

• • Free — Basic encrypted messaging, limited devices
• • Personal+ — Additional devices and features
• • Groups — Group messaging capabilities
• • Organizations — Team management features
• • Enterprise — Custom deployment options

Payment Terms

• • Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan
• • Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if unsatisfied
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Lakrion name, logo, and software are our property. Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership over your communications.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer

Lakrion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lakrion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
